Well hello there.
My name is Kate and I just wanted to post something detailing a little bit about what 16th Street is all about. I am currently living in the fabulous city of Denver, CO and it is my mission to use 16th Street to show off all the wonderful people that live here as well as their unique sense(s) of style, fashion, and culture. Colorado is quite unusual in that we average over 300 days of sunny skies a year. While there are other stats that are similar (think Florida) it's pretty rare for a midwest, mountainous state to get that kind of sunny weather. It's made the people here evolve their sense of style into one that embraces the great weather year round. I look forward to sharing some amazing outfits and photography with you all!
I'm currently waiting to get some business cards in the mail so that every time I get permission to take someone's photo I can hand out a card to promote this blog and let them know where to view their photo! I'm also writing up a pretty basic model release form so I'm protected from the legalities of posting photos of others on my blog. :) Chin up, my lovelies and I hope to post again soon!
